The car icon represents providing solutions to vehicle issues, while the yellow light signifies a quick response to emergencies. The road motif beneath highlights constant movement and accessibility, with the yellow and black colors symbolizing the road itself, emphasizing attention, trust, and professionalism.

This simple and modern design creates a user-friendly brand identity. The project is live for Renault and Dacia port users, supporting a real roadside assistance experience.
Login and Authentication

Technicians and tow truck operators must log in using their phone numbers. After login, a verification code (OTP) is provided as a second layer of security. Once the code is received, it is entered on the screen to complete the login process.

Technician Selection Screen

Technician Selection: In this section, technicians can select the person who will work on a specific task. In the example shown, 'Ramazan' has been selected from the technician list. If there are multiple technicians, the appropriate one is chosen from this list. Next to each technician's name, an icon and their availability status (green circle) are displayed.

 

Purpose: To determine who will work on the task. The task cannot proceed without making a selection.

Vehicle Selection Screen

Vehicle Selection: In the lower section, the technician must select the vehicle they will work on. In the example shown, the Renault Megane is listed. The technician should ensure the correct vehicle is selected based on the license plate information.

 

This is especially important for tasks involving multiple vehicles to ensure the right one is chosen.

 

This screen is critical for selecting the correct person and vehicle during the task process. Technicians must select themselves and the vehicle before proceeding by clicking the "Submit" button.

Side Menu Usage

Profile Picture

The user can update their profile picture using the 'Change Photo' option. This allows for a more personal interaction with customers or other technicians and tow truck operators.

Select Vehicle

If the user's Roadside Assistance Vehicle changes during the process, they can update it using the 'Select Vehicle' button.

User Status (Green Button - 'Available')

In this section, the user can change their status to indicate whether they are available or unavailable. The green button indicates that you are 'Available' and can be assigned tasks. If you do not wish to take on tasks, you can turn off this button. When a technician or tow truck operator starts a task, their availability status is automatically set to red. This status cannot be changed until the task is completed.

Change Theme

With the option to change the application's theme, you can switch between dark mode and light mode. This feature provides visual comfort based on your working environment or personal preference.

Select Technician

If the user needs to change the Roadside Assistance Technician during the process, they can do so using the 'Select Technician' button.

Log Out

InYou can end your current session by logging out of the application. To log back in, you will need to go through the phone verification process again.

Task Status Screen

The technician currently does not have any active tasks in the system. This means they are in standby mode until a new task is assigned.

By clicking the 'Active Tasks' button, the technician can check their current task status. If a task has been assigned, they can access the task details from this section and track its progress.

 

The 'Past Tasks' section allows the technician to review completed tasks. They can view information about their previous work and revisit the details of these tasks if needed.

Login Screen and Task Selection

On this screen, the technician can view their task and the associated vehicle. The map also displays the location information of the customer's vehicle.

 

By clicking the 'Start Task' button, the technician can begin the new task. Additionally, they can access the vehicle's history using the 'View Service History' option.

Task Details and Images

On this screen, the user can navigate to the customer's location by clicking the 'Draw Route' button. Additionally, they can call the customer by pressing the phone icon. When the technician and the customer call each other, their phone numbers are masked and appear as 0850 330 08 08. Once the task is completed, the customer and technician cannot call each other again.

 

The technician must take and upload 5 photos of the vehicle they are working on and then report their arrival.

Completing the Task

After reporting their arrival, the user can click the 'Complete Task' button to indicate the outcome of the task using predefined options such as 'Tow Truck Needed' or 'Issue Resolved.' They can also summarize the operation's outcome in the free text field to complete the task.

Additionally, the user can access the information recorded in the previous steps if needed.
