Renault Port is a mobile application that consolidates all critical vehicle-ownership tasks in one place. After linking their car, users can view a chronological digital service history, book appointments at authorized dealers with real-time availability, and track every step via status updates. Before a visit, they can add required documents and notes; during service, they can quickly access dealer contact details; and at completion, they see clear states such as “ready for pickup.” The goal is to unify scattered touchpoints into a single flow, delivering a fast, clear, and transparent service experience.

Core Faeatures

  • Vehicle linking (VIN/license plate verification)

  • Service booking: Vehicle/Service selection → Date–Time → Summary/Confirmation

  • Dealer availability calendar and slot selection

  • Appointment/service status tracking (request received → scheduled → in service → ready for pickup)

  • Digital service history and job details

  • Notifications, dealer contact/location info, and essential vehicle information services

Renault Port operates at scale:

1M+ users

1.2M vehicles linked

650K yearly active members

220K+ online service bookings

This scale shaped my work on booking and status flows—optimized for speed, clarity, and reliability under heavy traffic.

I streamlined booking into three steps with real-time dealer availability: Select, Pick a Time,  Confirm. Large touch targets, chip-based options, and inline validation reduce cognitive load and prevent errors. After confirmation, users track the full state on a single screen: request received,  scheduled,  in service,  ready for pickup.
