MAIS PORT - Enterprise Web Platform
MAIS PORT is a modular enterprise web platform developed to digitize the operational workflows of various departments within Renault MAİS.
It enables sales and after-sales teams to manage their daily tasks through a centralized dashboard, streamlining complex processes into a unified interface.
-
I led the end-to-end design process of all modules in the project, transforming the platform into a modern interface with filtering options, list views, and advanced table components.
-
I created components aligned with the corporate design system and prototyped every scenario, including edge cases and empty states.
-
I collaborated closely with developers and managed the Figma handoff process to ensure smooth implementation.
Design Goal:
To enable users to manage their daily tasks through a clear, simple, and modular interface.

For MAİS PORT, I designed a dashboard experience that simplifies information density while boosting user motivation. With the AI-powered suggestion system, I enabled context-aware recommendations based on the user's agenda. By integrating tasks, meetings, and notifications, I created a modular and personalized workspace within a single screen.
AI-Enhanced Experience
I designed the dashboard not just as a control panel, but as a smart assistant:
Personalized Suggestions
An AI-powered system delivers context-aware recommendations based on the user’s workload, meeting schedule, and recent activity.
Example: "You seem a bit overloaded today. Would you like to start with a light task?"
Proactive Reminders
Unlike basic alarms, the system provides detailed, timely reminders based on context—like weather, meeting content, or task deadlines.
Example: "Don't forget to upload the final version for tomorrow's presentation."
Micro-Action Suggestions
Based on daily flow, the system offers quick, low-effort actions the user can take instantly:
"Update your CRM note", "Plan a coffee break", "Reserve a meeting room".
Motivation Layer
As tasks are completed, users receive small achievement messages and visual progress indicators.
Example: "3 out of 5 tasks completed today — You're doing great!"
Mobile Dashboard Experience

Unlike the corporate web panel, the mobile interface was designed to support field employees and daily office routines, offering quick access and a personalized assistant experience.
Reminders

While the Reminders module allows users to manage their planned tasks, the ‘Just for You’ section provides AI-powered, intuitive suggestions to guide and support the user. This transforms the system from a passive tool into an active work companion.
Vehicle Visualization Flow

To simplify complex vehicle data filtering and selection, I redesigned the car visualization flow with a minimal, task-oriented approach.
By eliminating unnecessary steps and presenting only the essential filters (model, trim, and color), I enabled users to quickly reach the visual result they need—especially in fast-paced operational workflows.
Design Decisions:
-
Focused on clarity over density.
-
Prioritized vehicle visuals over metadata.
-
Used a step-by-step layout to reduce cognitive load.
-
Ensured the layout scales cleanly across viewports.
BFL – Corporate Operations Module (MAİS PORT)

The BFL module, part of the MAİS PORT ecosystem, is a comprehensive control panel designed to help sales teams manage their field activities and corporate operations effectively.
In this project:
I led the end-to-end UI/UX design process for all sub-modules including Company List, Visit Notes, Customer Scorecard, Projects, Test Vehicles, Contacts, and Mailing.
My goal was to deliver a clean and functional user experience by reducing information overload on every screen.
I redesigned all modules in alignment with the corporate design system, integrating advanced table structures and filtering capabilities.
I developed complete prototypes, covering empty states, edge cases, and feedback flows.
I worked closely with developers by managing an active Figma handoff process to ensure accurate component delivery and long-term maintainability.
Travel Authorization

The Travel Authorization (Yol Emri) module was developed to enable field teams to initiate, track, and report their travel processes digitally.
I simplified the form steps to ensure that users could create a travel request with the fewest possible actions.
I designed a guided UI for required fields such as vehicle selection, route, dates, and approval workflow.
I also optimized the responsive structure to support mobile access scenarios.
In form-based flows such as Travel Authorization and Expense, I simplified steps to guide users efficiently and reduce task completion time. For vehicle addition and visualization screens, I designed filter structures and a visually-driven UI that supports quick decision-making. I also improved data tables in areas integrated with CRM software, making it easier for users to access contact and company information.
In campaign and preorder screens developed for the sales team, I restructured the information hierarchy to transform data-heavy interfaces into user-friendly experiences.
For more technical modules like dealer task validation and insurance history inquiries, I designed fail-safe UIs with edge-case scenarios in mind, increasing the system’s reliability. Throughout the project, I followed the corporate design system while creating new components when necessary, and developed full prototypes covering empty states, error handling, and feedback flows. I worked closely with developers to ensure a seamless Figma handoff process and design consistency.
